Thanks for your interest in the Riverhouse. It is located on the main Salmon River, in the heart of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. It is one mile north of Stanley, in the community of Lower Stanley, on Scenic Hwy. 75. Your hostess, Patty See, manages the Riverhouse. It has 3 bedrooms, 2
baths and sleeps 8 persons, including children. The master bedroom has a
queen bed, satellite TV, private bath and deck. One other bedroom has a
double bed and the third has two twins. The living room has a sofa double
bed, satellite TV, telephone and gas fireplace. We
· Riverhouse is no smoking. · Pets are welcome if they stay off the furniture and owners pick up after them. · Telephone is available for local calls or long distance only with credit or calling cards. Riverhouse Rates and Reservations Typically, we rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Inquire for nightly availability and price. books and games on hand. The kitchen has all appliances, dishes and utensils.
Of course, linens and towels are provided. Beach towels are in the linen
closet for outdoor use. A washer and dryer are on site. The 800 sq. ft.
deck awaits you with gas barbecue and spa. Fishing is good in the river right off the deck. Kayaks, rafts and float
tubes are rented nearby. Across the highway (35mph) is the entrance to Nip
N' Tuck Rd. This is the gateway to our backyard of Forest Service land for
walks, jogs and bike rides. If you feel like a short drive, there are miles
of trails and dirt roads throughout the SNRA.
